Westside FFA holds produce sale

FFA produce sale

July 10: 4 to 8 p.m.

July 11: 8 a.m to 8 p.m.

July 12: 1 to 5 p.m.



The Westside Middle FFA will hold a produce sale July 10-12 at Slim’s Hitchen Post, 2604 Old Chattanooga Road, in Rocky Face. 

FFA officers Elizabeth Wimpey, Sebrena Chambers, Ryan Townsend, Shane Putnam, Baylee Brock and Julia Cox will sell cantaloupe, watermelons, onions and possibly peaches brought directly off the field from south Georgia farmers. The money raised will go directly toward funding chapter activities and experiences throughout the year.

Students will be selling and look forward to seeing members of the community drop by to help support FFA efforts and to talk with them about opportunities within the FFA.
