Cummings joins Dalton-based Tandus

Brad Cummings has joined Tandus, a Dalton-based commercial floorcovering manufacturer as vice president of human resources.

Cummings will have global responsibility for the human resources function at Tandus.

He will lead the design and execution of human resources processes to attract, motivate and retain a high-performing, diverse workforce.

“Brad’s breadth of experience, passion and performance driven attitude will be a tremendous addition to our team and I’m excited to be working with him,” said Glen Hussmann, Tandus CEO and president. “I am thrilled to be joining Tandus at this exciting time of growth, and I am proud to be part of a company with such a strong reputation as an employer of choice, and a champion of sustainability. Cummings brings to Tandus more than 12 years of human resources experience in the retail, banking and consulting sectors.

He completed his bachelors work in psychology at the University of Georgia and masters work in industrial and organizational psychology at New York University. He and his family currently reside in Atlanta.
