Cummings joins Dalton-based Tandus

Brad Cummings has joined Tandus, a Dalton-based commercial floorcovering manufacturer as vice president of human resources.
Cummings will have global responsibility for the human resources function at Tandus.
He will lead the design and execution of human resources processes to attract, motivate and retain a high-performing, diverse workforce.

Cummings brings to Tandus more than 12 years of human resources experience in the retail, banking and consulting sectors.
He completed his bachelors work in psychology at the University of Georgia and masters work in industrial and organizational psychology at New York University. He and his family currently reside in Atlanta.
