Brumlow to head OW Broadloom

Submitted by Oriental Weavers USA

Dalton-based Oriental Weavers USA has appointed Andy Brumlow to the newly-created position of vice president of OW Broadloom. Brumlow is responsible for launching Oriental Weavers’ new broadloom carpeting division in the United States.

Brumlow was with

Carpets of Dalton for more than 12 years and most recently was director of merchandising for carpet and rugs.

He reports to Mike Riley, president of Oriental Weavers USA, and will work with OW’s existing sales force and management team to distribute woven and tufted carpeting from the company’s facilities in the U.S., Egypt and China.

“We are very excited to have Andy on board,” Riley said. “He brings a great deal of flooring fashion sense, expertise and energy to the OW team.”

Founded in 1991, Oriental Weavers USA, Inc. is a division of Oriental Weavers Group, a multi-national collection of companies formed in the 1970s that is headquartered in Cairo, Egypt.
