Ingle to coach All-Star game

Dalton State College men’s basketball coach Tony Ingle will get the chance to coach senior guards Ricky Sears and Deme-trice Jacobs one more time.

Ingle will be the head coach of one team Saturday in the Georgia Basketball Coaches Associaiton fifth-annual Senior All-Star Game at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. The game starts at 7:30 p.m. and will feature 22 players from NCAA and National Associ-ation of Intercollegiate Athletics programs.

Sears and Jacobs were starting seniors this season for Dalton State, an NAIA program that relaunched athletics for the 2013-2014 school year. Sears led the team in points.

The other team will be coached by Piedmont College’s Greg Neeley.
