Gordon Hospital Foundation raises more than $30,000 for hospital projects

CALHOUN — The numbers are in and the Gordon Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce that they raised more than $30,000 during their 7th Annual golf tournament held at Barnsley Gardens.

“We are thrilled with our results this year,” says Judy Jackson, director of development for Gordon Hospital and organizer of the tournament. “It was a beautiful day and all the golfers seemed to have a great time. And the money raised will benefit future Gordon Hospital expansion projects and services.”

The tournament was a four-man select shot featuring three flights. The winners from the three flights were: First place, first flight—CJ Dodd, Jeff Dodd, Chris Dodd, and Melvin Nichelson. Second place, first flight—Eddie Reeves, Chris Tarpley, Rick Brown, and Jeff Manley. Third place, first flight—Nathan Murphy, Jason George, Jay Biddle, and Chad Harkins.

First place, second flight—Chris Strong, Steve Hannah, Jeremy Simpson, Tom D’Aleo. Second place, second flight—Brandon Slade, Brandon Hollier, Mike Tiger Third place, second flight—Chuck Ruth, Shane Summers, Brian Randall, and Ron King.

First place, third flight—Martin Hartsfield, Greg Lapham, Tom Wallace and Adam Wagner. Second place, third flight—Jim Quist, David Moyer, Ben Collinger, and Grant Quist. Third place, third flight—Time Davies, Bill McPherson, and Joe Kauffman.
