Suspects sought in armed robbery

Kim Sloan

Dalton police are looking for three Hispanic males who reportedly bound and gagged a female employee of North Georgia Cellular on Cleveland Highway Friday morning before robbing the store at gunpoint.

Police were called to the store at 1231 Cleveland Highway around 9 a.m. The men are described as between 5 feet, 7 inches and 5 feet, 9 inches tall and between 17 and 20 years old.

The woman was not hurt, Dalton Police spokesman Bruce Frazier said. The business was open Friday, but employees wouldn’t talk to a reporter. Employees of other businesses in the area also declined to talk to a reporter.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Dalton Police Department at (706) 278-9085.
