Suspects accused of trying to pull off heist inside police station

EDMOND, Okla. — Edmond Police said a family of thieves is in jail for trying to pull off a drug heist. The whole thing was caught on camera and it happened inside the Edmond Police station involving the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics prescription disposal bin. “It takes a lot of guts to come into the lobby of a police department and think you’re going to get away with stealing narcotics,” explained Jenny Monroe with Edmond Police. — News 9

Fishermen deliver hammerhead shark pups in Florida

A group of fishermen in Venice, Fla. lured in a big catch — a 12-foot hammerhead shark. That in itself was quite enough excitement for them, until they realized, the shark was pregnant. — WPTV

20 Iraqi soldiers are killed in barracks attack
