To the editor:
Now that the Catoosa Library has decided to end its relationship with the Rgional System, Dalton's Library will lose a great partner. A simple on line check of popular books in the catalog shows that many are available only on loan through the Catoosa Library.
The difference in our library collection and that of Catoosa has to do with the willingness of local Catoosa taxpayers to fund this important resource. The quality of our public library is a mirror of the quality of life available in our town. It can't escape the attention of those considering the possibility of moving their companies and their families to Dalton.
