• Brandon Keith Dean, 20, 502 First St., LaFayette, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of marijuana.

• Jose Angel Godoy, 34, 1255 Orchard Way, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts and cruelty to children in the third degree.

• Victor Rodriguez Gonzalez, 51, 206 Frontier Trail, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with being a pedestrian under the influence.

• Venancio Huerta Hernandez, 28, 408 Kirby Drive, Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Varnell Police Department with failure to maintain lane and DUI.

• Mitchell Thomas Hulett, 26, 2727 Highway 286, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Eton Police Department with affray and public drunkenness.

• Eugene Arthur Long, 69, 1472 Ninetyseven Springs Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.

• Darrell Edward Moore, 50, 960 Orchard Knob Ave., Chattanooga, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with being a fugitive from justice.

• Reyes Munoz-Rosales, 40, 1515 Byron St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with driving while license withdrawn, DUI, a turning violation and failure to maintain lane.

• William Avery Padgett, 23, 938 Carbondale Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by conversion, possessing less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, DUI/drugs and weaving.

• Stephanie Leann Schultz, 17, 98 Applewood Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of alcoholic beverages on public school grounds.

• Alonzo Stanley Washington, 34, 1209 Cleveland Highway, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with burglary, criminal trespass, obstruction of an officer and probation violation.

• Bridgett Regina Anderson, 48, 620 Cedar St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault.

• Ricky Allen Barnes, 46, 1157 Newtown Church Road, Calhoun, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with kidnapping, false imprisonment, battery, aggravated stalking and robbery.

• Armando Campos, 22, 1775 Sane Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with striking fixture, driving while license was withdrawn (third offense), DUI less safe, fleeing or attempting to elude, failure to obey a traffic control, reckless driving, open container in vehicle, driving while license was withdrawn and a turning violation.

• Emily Jill Cobb, 24, 5110 St. Elmo Ave., Chattanooga, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of morphine and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Ramiro Sanchez, 19, 1908 City View St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with obstruction of an officer and underage consumption.

• Daniel Lee Spain, 22, 391 Cherokee Trail, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with having an open container in his vehicle.

• William Clyde Silvers Jr., 32, 3442 Post Oak Road, Ringgold, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with criminal trespass, aggravated battery, simple battery and terroristic threats and acts.

• Francisco Jav Hurtado-Lazarin, 31, 207 W. Long St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with being a pedestrian under the influence.

• Jesus Avila Morales, 29, 414 Benton St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with simple assault, public drunkenness, littering and obstruction of an officer.

• Francisco Javier Vargas, 21, 194 Oak St., Fellsmere, Fla., was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with obstruction of an officer and public drunkenness.

• Jose Adalberto Vargas, 22, 10010 Esperanza Circle, Fellsmere, Fla., was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with obstruction of an officer and public drunkenness.

• Jose Guadalupe Vargas, 19, 194 Oak St., Fellsmere, Fla., was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with obstruction of an officer, public drunkenness, underage consumption and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
