• Joseph Keith Diamond, 51, 35 McGhee Place, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with being a pedestrian under the influence.
• Jodee Morgan Duke, 31, 608 Fondale Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield Count Sheriff’s Office with simple battery and false imprisonment.
• Melanie Darlene Dunn, 41, 2653 Dunn Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Eton Police Department with possession of hydrocodone.
