Area Arrests for May 9

• Byron Antwon Clark, 27, 212 Maxwell St., Decatur, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, illegal possession of prescription drugs and a child support arrest order.

• Trencey Jesslane Collins, 27, 467-A Adams Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and illegal possession of prescription drugs.

• Larry Jerome Epperson, 62, 1408 Boyles Mill Road, Lot C, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.

• Allison Lynn Headrick, 25, 4046 Village Drive, Cohutta, was charged Wednesday by the Varnell Police Department with theft by taking and illegal possession of prescription drugs.

• Ali Naim Khader, 23, 205 Wooten Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Thomas Aaron Reed, 26, 3219-A Satcher Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary.

• Brent Tyrone Wells, 28, 407 Whitener Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with felony possession of marijuana, illegal possession of prescription drugs, sale of marijuana and use of a communication device in committing a felony.

• Clifton Lee Mitchell, 29, 994 Old CCC Camp Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with hit and run, driving with a withdrawn license, DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.

• Charles Milton Nuckolls, 52, 321 North Ave., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with illegal possession of prescription drugs and probation violation.
