Customer Service Satisfaction survey offered by county

Dalton Daily Citizen

Whitfield County officials want to know how you rate the Building and Zoning Department. Surveys will soon be available through the department.

This is a newly created tool with the goal of improving customer service. Similar surveys could be used in other departments in the future.

On the survey under permit number there is a form name. This is how the surveys are kept track of:

BI: represents Building Inspector. Each inspector will provide the permit holder a copy of this survey each time he or she does an inspection for them.

E: represents Code Enforcement. The enforcement officer will present one of the surveys when he has to address an issue with someone.

S: represents Building and Zoning Development staff in general. Anyone who comes in to apply for permits will be given one of these surveys.

A: A business reply mail envelope (no postage necessary) addressed to the county administrator comes with each survey.
