— • Jerry Mikel Mashburn, 49, 124 Massingill Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with following too closely, DUI and too fast for conditions.
• Rockie Lee Turnquist, 39, 4702 Chamblee-Tucker Road, Tucker, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with sale of marijuana.
