Area Arrests

• Jeffery Bruce Schultz, 38, 2914 Hickory Lane, Rocky Face, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with kidnapping.

• William Timothy Bonds, 42, 2040 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, use of a communication facility in committing a felony, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of tools for the commission of crime.
