Police looking for game machine thieves

Submitted by the Dalton Police Department

Two white males who allegedly broke into a video game machine on two separate occasions, stealing almost $150, are sought for questioning by the Dalton Police Department. The machine belongs to the Walmart at 2545 E. Walnut Ave.

On June 17 at approximately 10:45 p.m. and also on another unspecified date, the subjects used a type of pry bar to break into the coin box of the game. They left in a small white vehicle with either a black top or a convertible top.

Anyone with information on the identity of these men or the thefts is asked to call Detective John Helton with the Dalton Police Department at (706) 278-9085, extension 143, or Detective Eric Burnette with the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office at (706) 278-1233.
