Area arrests

• Scotty Alford Douglas, 18, Adco Motel room 18, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with selling marijuana.

• Tabatha Diane Gaylon, 30, 480 Old Cottonwood Mill Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with deposit account fraud and stalking.

• Patrick Ward Gilliland, 25, 887 Cherokee Estates Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts, battery and simple assault.

• David Lee Palomin, 18, 687 Daris Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of drugs and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Gary Leonard Pratt, 54, 138 Hensley Road, Adairsville, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault.

• Amelia Rodriguez, 49, 807 Happy St., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.

• Rolando Domingo-Chun, 28, 400 Wrinkle St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft of services and felony obstruction.

• Oscar Antonio Linares, 38, 401 Edenwood Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and lighted headlights required.

• James Edward Walden, 48, 1009 Cargle Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and open container in vehicle.
