— • Deborah Elizabeth Carroll, 20, Resaca, was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of schedule four drug (Clonazempam), drugs to be kept in original container and underage consumption.
• Michael Edward Fowler, 44, 4162 Alf St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Department of Natural Resources with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
• Christina Jewel Smith, 18, 219 Griffin St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Department of Natural Resources with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
• Inosencio Lino Villalobos, 21, 515 School St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Department of Natural Resources with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
• Arnulfo Chavarria, 37, 120 Foothill Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, driving without a license and seat belt violation.
• No Van Huynh, 51, 1926 MLK Jr. Blvd., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts, false imprisonment, cruelty to children (third degree) and aggravated assault.
• John Billy Lumpkin, 55, 4404B Nance Springs Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, failure to drive within single lane, open container in vehicle and hit and run.
• Shannon Scott McHenry, 37, 759 E. Armuchee Road, LaFayette, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to drive within single lane.
• Ricky Allen Thomason, 49, 2375 Riverbend Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to drive within single lane.
• Jordan Deon Wilson, 18, 405 Hunts Gin Road Northeast, Calhoun, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with DUI and speeding.
