Area Arrests for July 21

• Timothy Keith Baxter, 26, 1706 Kipling Drive, Brentwood, Tenn., was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI (second offense), failure to maintain lane, driving without a license and open container of alcohol.

• Kenneth Paul Farmer, 50, 711 S. Hamilton St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with open container of alcohol and DUI.

• Jorge Luis Morales-Aguilar, 25, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with a turning violation, failure to maintain lane, driving without a license, open container of alcohol and DUI.

• Alejandro Marquez Sanches, 19, 1629 Bradley Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, underage drinking, driving without a license and failure to maintain lane.
