Testing Dalton creek water

Amanda Walker, with the Conasauga River Alliance, watches for her water sample to turn colors Friday while learning to test the water in McClellan Creek at Civitan Park as part of the state Environmental Protection Division's Adopt-a-Stream program. The alliance and Whitfield County 4-H teamed up to revitalize the program. Several volunteers from different local organizations learned to test the water Friday.
