CHATSWORTH — The Murray County grand jury returned the following indictments recently:

• Jonathan Randall Bagley, 4351 Berry Bennett Road, Chatsworth, was indicted for one count of purchase/possession/control of drugs, one count of possession of drug-related objects or equipment, and one count of possession of 1 ounce or less of marijuana.

• Deborah Renee Branson, 1179 N. Boyd Drive, Rocky Face, was indicted for one count of purchase/possession/control of drugs.

• Joseph Mote Brooks, 826 Old Highway 411, Chatsworth, was indicted for one count of criminal interference with government property.

• Kathie Elaine Brown, no address available, was indicted for one count of burglary.

• Charles Austin Cantrell, no address available, was indicted for one count of failure to register as a sex offender.

• Timothy Allen Carroll, no address available, was indicted for one count of purchase/possession/control of drugs, one count of driving while license suspended or revoked, and one count of possession of drug-related objects or equipment.

• Timothy Brent Cudd, no address available, was indicted for one count of drug trafficking in cocaine/marijuana/illegal drugs, one count of possession of 1 ounce or less of marijuana, one count of possession of drug-related objects or equipment, and one count of driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Clayton Harrison Davenport, no address available, was indicted for two counts of fleeing/attempting to elude officer, one count of criminal interference with government property, one count of habitual violator operating motor vehicle, one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of hit and run/duty to stop at scene, one count of reckless driving and one count of speeding.

• Laura Ann Davis, 205 Highway 904 East, Williamsburg, Ky., was indicted for purchase/possession/control of drugs, possession of drug-related objects or equipment, and possession of 1 ounce or less of marijuana.

• Vincent Davis, 995 Cedartown Highway, Rockmart, was indicted for one count of failure to register as a sex offender.

• Chauncey Wade DeFoor, 29 Timberwood Drive, Ellijay, was indicted for one count of marijuana-possession/manufacture/sell/purchase, and one count of theft by receiving stolen property.

• Kenneth Earl Denney Jr., 1021 Grove Drive, Dalton, was indicted for three counts of aggravated assault.

• Karla Janine Gardner, 2139-C Highway 225 North, Chatsworth, was indicted for one count of purchase/possession/control of drugs.

• Jeremiah Mark Griffin, 304 Dead End Road S.E., Dalton, was indicted for two counts of burglary.
