Arrest Report

DALTON — • Shane Aaron Miller, 36, 66 Kids Drive, LaFayette, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear (theft by taking).

• Deloris Annette Barnett, 48, 3205 Cruiser Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first degree forgery, financial transaction card theft, financial identity fraud and theft by conversion (business property).

• Bertram Gerome Beck, 36, 1016 Hair St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of or intent to sell marijuana and use of communication facilities in drug transactions.

• Angela Melanie Dickerson, 26, 36 College Circle, Calhoun, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Michael Anthony Gartrell, 47, 408 Crawford Terrace, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Terry Wayne Morrow, 42, 447 Brackett Ridge, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of arms by a convicted felon and first offender, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, expired tag and driving while license suspended.

• Jimmy Lee Noblitt, 23, 5680 Noblitt Road, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with obstruction of an officer, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, driving while license suspended, no insurance, too fast for conditions, hit and run, failure to provide assistance and report an accident, DUI (second offense), failure to maintain lane and seat belt violation.

• Michael Eugene Skidmore, 50, Willowdale Lodge No. 706, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, willful obstruction of law officers and felony tampering with evidence.

• Aaron Tyler Turner, 18, 295 Rustic View Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (in excess of .10) and failure to maintain lane.

• Patrick Henry Harris, 40, 2026 Sunhill Road SW, Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and pedestrian under the influence.

• Trey Reynaldo Jordan, 17, (address not given), Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with terroristic threats and acts, felony interference with government property, public drunkenness, possession of alcohol by a minor, disorderly conduct and willful obstruction of an officer by threat of violence.
