To Amend Chapter 74 Of The 2001 Revised Code Of The City of Dalton, Georgia, Captioned “Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions”; To Amend Article VI Captioned “Minors”; By Striking, Deleting And Repealing Division 2 Captioned “Curfew” In Its Entirety And Substituting in Lieu Thereof A New Division 2 Captioned “Curfew; To Provide For An Effective Date; To Provide For The Repeal Of Conflicting Ordinances; To Provide For Severability; And For Other Purposes.
Reappointment of Kathryn Sellers to the Historic Preservation Commission for a 3 year term to expire February 1, 2017.
Reappointment of Sherwood Jones to the Historic Preservation Commission for a 3 year term to expire February 1, 2017.
Appointment of Jeff Granillo to the Historic Preservation Commission for a 3 year term to expire February 1, 2017. Current member is Andy Rollins.
7. Supplemental Business
A reception will be held in the Atrium at City Hall immediately following the Council Meeting until 7 P.M. honoring Mayor David Pennington as he resigns as mayor to run for governor. The public is invited.
