The scheduled bond hearing Friday for a woman accused of killing a convenience store clerk has been canceled and no future court date has been set, District Attorney Bert Poston said.
Skyy Raven-Marie Mims, 21, whose last known residence is Detroit, Mich., is charged with murder and armed robbery in the killing of Dahyabhai Kalidas Chaudmari, 37, at the Hi-Tech Fuel gas station at 3385 Airport Road in Dalton Sunday night.
Poston said in a press release Thursday afternoon, “At the request of the Conasauga Circuit Defender’s Office, currently representing Skyy Mims, the bond hearing previously scheduled for tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. is being removed from the calendar. No future court date has been scheduled at this time. Mims will remain in custody without bond.”
