Comments: Multiple bags containing chicken and a container in reach-in cooler/freezer were observed uncovered. Biscuits already made, were stored but left uncovered from the sides. These were found in the muddle of the kitchen in high traffic area. Cover foods to avoid contamination. Sanitizer buckets held a sanitizing concentration lower than is allowed. A container of clean utensils was observed near the floor, but 6 inches above floor that had water and debris inside. This water was kept in contact with previously washed utensils. Utensils were re-washed. Do not place clean food contact surfaces in area where there may be contamination. Keep clean items in another area. Corrected on site. Wet wiping cloths were found laying on counter tops. Place all wet cloths, not in use, in sanitizer bucket. Scoop handle was in contact with cheese in container in the walk in. Corrected on site. A wood panel, two buckets and ladder were observed in kitchen. Remove items.

Comments: Cheeses in prep cooler by grill were found out of cold holding temperature. All ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous foods must be held lower than 41 degrees if in cold holding. Corrected on site. Scoop handles were observed in contact with food in multiple containers. Keep all handles out of food to avoid contamination.
