Alleged murderer to make first court appearance today (Updated 11:08 a.m.)
A woman charged with murdering a convenience store clerk is expected to have her first appearance hearing before a Whitfield County Magistrate Court judge today at 3:30 p.m. and is scheduled for a bond hearing Friday at 9 a.m. before Superior Court Judge Jack Partain
Suspected killer caught
Two days after authorities said she allegedly killed a convenience store clerk just outside of Dalton, Skyy Raven-Marie Mims was arrested in Bartow County and booked into the Whitfield County jail where she is being held without bond.
‘He did not deserve to die like a dog’
Before Skyy Raven-Marie Mims went into the gas station where authorities say she killed the clerk, the 21-year-old sat by herself on the side of the curb and waited.
‘God is love’
In pictures and on websites, she’s a tall, attractive woman who poses for glamorous modeling shots and has released hip-hop CDs.

Murder suspect may be model, singer
The woman who authorities say killed a convenience store clerk Sunday night appears to be a model and singer.
Update: Murdered store clerk identified
The male clerk who was found dead at the Hi-Tech Fuel on Airport Road late Sunday night has been identified as Dahyabhai Kalidas Chaudmari, 37, originally from India, according to the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office.
Update: Search for murder suspect expands to Atlanta, Michigan
Authorities are still seeking a woman suspected of murdering a store clerk in Dalton late Sunday night, and they’ve expanded their search to Atlanta and Michigan.
‘Armed and dangerous’
