Whitfield County grand jury

The following people were indicted recently by a Whitfield County grand jury:

• Juan Miguel Ambriz-Rangel, 22, of 2512 Underwood St., Dalton, for four counts of first degree forgery, three counts of financial identity fraud and two counts of identity fraud.

• Heriberto Mingura Apodaca, 39, 806 Underwood St., Dalton, for drug trafficking, possession of drugs with the intent to distribute, driving without a license, improper registration and a windshield violation.

• Liborio Arzate, 36, 2222 Dover St., Dalton, for drug trafficking, possession of drugs with the intent to distribute, giving false information to a law enforcement officer and driving without a license.

• James Joseph Black, 37, 463 Old Cottonwood Mill Road, Tunnel Hill, for two counts of theft by taking, two counts of fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Kevin Anthony Deal, 20, 1320 E. Murray Ave., No. 206, Dalton, for possession of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Robert E. Deal, no address listed, for two counts of felony shoplifting, seven counts of shoplifting and habitual felon.

• Yudisleysi Diaz-Rico, 23, 816 Underwood St., Apartment 216, Dalton, for possession of cocaine.

• Ramon Chourrot Hernandez, 27, of Louisville, Ky., for drug trafficking.

• Beth Ann Hogue, 22, 209 Burgess Mill Road, Dalton, for drug trafficking, two counts of possession of substances containing ephedrine and two counts of possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Thomas Albert Hollingsworth Jr., no address listed, for disorderly conduct.

• Thomas Albert Hollingsworth Sr., no address listed, for aggressive driving, felony obstruction of a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

• Gregory Edward Jacobs, no address listed, for possession of hydrocodone.

• Amy Michelle Manis, 27, of Dalton, for possession of cocaine.

• Jimmy Anthony Oshields, no address listed, for false imprisonment, battery (family violence), disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
