The Whitfield-Murray Historical Society Spring Rummage Sale at 715 Chattanooga Ave. (Crown Gardens and Archives, behind the Hamilton House) is Friday, May 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, May 4, from 9 a.m. to noon.
A wide variety of items ranging from household items, a piano and a guitar, clothing, linens (including a Ralph Lauren set), antiques, prints (one large Ben Hampton) and paintings, lots of books, toy rugs, records, ice chests, table lamps, athletic equipment, many kinds of electronics like radios, coffee makers, speakers, answering machines, printers, scanners, heaters, a humidifier, car buffers, lots of canning jars, wreaths, vases and greenery, lamps, Depression-style glasses and punch cups, and a vintage milk can will be offered.
