Christmas 'shoe boxes' need to be filled

— Each year Samaritan’s Purse organizes Operation Christmas Child to send Christmas gifts to children around the world, and local churches and civic groups pack “shoe boxes” full of gifts for these children.

National Collection Week is today through Monday, Nov. 19, and there are two drop-off (relay center) locations in the Dalton and Chatsworth areas to assist local groups in delivering their completed shoe boxes.
