Charlotte Teasley, 65, of Dalton, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008, at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Matty Miles; brother, Cleveland Miles; and a sister, Cynthia Torres.

Survivors include her husband, Steve Nathan Teasley of the residence; daughters and sons-in-law, Billie Jo and Kelly Kite, Renee and Tim Nixon, and Kelly and Eric Dodd, all of Dalton; son, Wayne Teasley of Dalton; sisters, Mary Helen Cross of Cleveland, Tenn., and Christine Cromwell of Kingston, Tenn.; brother, George Miles of Kingston, Tenn.; grandchildren, Nikki Nixon, Katy Nixon, Drew Kite, Erica Dodd, and Nicholas Dodd; nieces and nephews.

A graveside service is Saturday, at 2 p.m. at United Memorial Gardens with Pastor Ricky Spence officiating. A white dove release will conclude the service.

Pallbearers will be Eric Dodd, Tim Nixon, Kelly Kite, Drew Kite, Wayne Teasley, Jeffery McCleary.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 5 until 9 p.m.
