Mr. Jeffery Herbert Patterson, 50, of Dalton, departed this life Sunday morning, April 7, 2013, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tenn.
Jeffery was born Sept. 8, 1962, in Copperhill, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Max Loudermilk.
Jeffery was a 1981 graduate of Fannin County High School was enrolled at Lee University where he was working on his bachelor’s degree in human resources and ministerial studies.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tracy Elaine Patterson of the residence; mother, Vera Patterson of Dalton; daughters, Nakyesha Patterson of Manchester, Tenn., Shelley Renee Williford and Brittany Michelle Williford, both of Dallas, Texas; brothers, Scott Dewayne and Tina Patterson, Jacky Lee Westmoreland, all of Dalton; nieces, Amanda Hensley and Brooke Orr; nephew, Joshua Patterson; godfather, Carlos Mohan of Dalton; several other relatives.
Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Jeffery Herbert Patterson will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with the Rev. Carlos Mohan and the Rev. Richard Steel officiating.
Entombment will be in Hope Mausoleum at Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and after 11 a.m. Wednesday until the service hour.
