Howard Kaminsky, 78, of Rocky Face, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Irving and Evelyn Kaminsky, and his daughter, Laura Kaminsky.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Nell Kaminsky; daughters, Priscilla Burglund and Sandra McAfee, both of Rocky Face; son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Shara Kaminsky of Coral Springs, Fla.; brother, Leonard Kaminsky of Lecanto, Fla.; grandchildren, Kyle Kaminsky, Chase Kaminsky, Brittany Armstrong, Nikolai McAfee, Karina McAfee, Monica Kaminsky and Katie Kaminsky; and great-grandchild, Hailey Marcus.
The funeral service to honor the life of Howard Kaminsky will be held Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Westside Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Hall officiating.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m.
