Euna Fay Flowers Ralston

— Mrs. Euna Fay Flowers Ralston, 79, of Oakman, departed this life Saturday morning, Nov. 16, 2013, at the Chatsworth Health Care Center surrounded by her loving family.

Euna was born Jan. 23, 1934, in Gordon County, a daughter of the late Lester and Mamie Yother Flowers. She is predeceased by her husband, Samuel Ralston; as well as brothers Jack, Henry, Harold, and Glen Flowers. She was also predeceased by sisters. Rosetta Cantrell, Willie Maddox, Thelma Owens, Lou Chance and Mary Jo Flowers.

She was a member of Living Christ Church of God.

She is survived by her brothers in law and sisters-in-law, Charlie and Faye Ralston of Resaca, J.W. and Mary Jean Ralston of Calhoun, Lee Ralston of Adairsville, Opal Ingle of Calhoun as well as special caregiver and niece, Viola Quinn and nieces nephews and cousins..

 Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Euna Fay Flowers Ralston will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Ponders Calhoun Chapel with Minister Brian Asherbranner officiating.

She will be laid to rest next to her husband Sam Ralston in Oakman United Methodist Church Cemetery with William Ralston, Edwin Ralston, Danny Ingle, Keith Ralston, Gary Ralston, Steven Ralston, John Ralston and Doug Ralston serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Calhoun Chapel from 1 to 6 p.m. today and Monday from 11 a.m. until the service hour.
