Area arrests

• Matthew Ernest Tyler Baker, 23, 19 Stewart Creek Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and having no insurance.

• Jessica Michelle Brewer, 28, 412 Treadwell Road, Apt. 106, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Brian Dylan Brooks, 21, 3492 Lower Gordon Springs Road, Rocky Face, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with terroristic threats and acts.

• James Glenmore Bryant, 50, 1099 J Norton Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with false report of a crime.

• Jonathan Lynn Bryson, 19, 90 Jonathan Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to change name or address within 60 days and no license on person.

• Richard Eugene Daniel, 48, 148 Old Rome Road S.W., Calhoun, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth to distribute, use of communication facilities in drug transactions, trafficking in meth and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Nathaniel David Durham, 33, 209 S. Cherry St., Tunnel Hill, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with entering an auto with intent to commit theft or felony and obstruction of an officer by threat or violence.

• Miguel Rendon Fraire, 44, 1111 Hill St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault.

• Amber Nicole Fulcher, 29, 105 E. Waterworks St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by shoplifting, public indecency, drugs not in original container, possession of a schedule 3 drug, unlawful for inmate to possess controlled substance and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Christopher Scott House, 20, 412 Treadwell Road, Apt. 106, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Dustin William Ingram, 24, 428 Shugart Road-D6, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Nicanor Lucas-Perez, 28, 1305 Nelson St., Dalton, was placed on hold Monday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Sean Allen McEntyre, 38, 1501 Augusta Drive-2, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault and probation violation.

• Frank Anthony Moore, 54, 169 Trinity Ave., Atlanta, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first degree forgery.

• Jose Juan Ramos-Hernandez, 41, 282 Caren Drive, Ringgold, was placed on hold Monday at the Whitfield County jail for ICE.

• Jose Guadalupe Salinas-Hernandez, 22, 45 Hill Pine Road, Forest Park, was placed on hold Monday at the Whitfield County jail for ICE.

• Daniel Tyriese Washington, 25, 2318 Sir Lancelot Place-403, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by shoplifting, first degree forgery and giving a false name, address or date of birth to a law officer.

• David Donald Graf, 31, 1560 Mark Ave.-5, Eling, Ill., was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault.

• Donaciano German Palacios-Martinez, 36, 1807 Shadow Lane-14, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, two counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, passing in no-passing zones, two counts of improper lane change or usage, an open container violation, littering highway, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving without a valid license and a safety belt violation.

• Melaine Melynn Shropshire, 32, 1300 Autumn Court-6, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with battery (family violence) and cruelty to a child.
