Area arrests

• Charlotte Lynn Boling, 45, 289 Duvalle Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with first-degree forgery.

• David Felton Carroll, 54, 930 Mount Vernon Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with probation violation, unlawful use of a center lane and DUI.

• Damian Michael Green, 18, 635 Dewberry Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of tramadol, possession of gabapentin, drugs not in original container and theft by taking.

• Joshua Lee Jeffery, 27, 353 Liberty Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary of a dwelling.

• Robert Eugene Shannon, 45, 959 Davenport Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and purchase, possession or control of meth.

• Richard Erik Conley, 41, 170 Long Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of meth, possession to distribute meth, failure to appear, probation violation, possession of tools for the commission of crime and possession of a knife or firearm during the commission of a felony.

• Brennan Tyler Hamilton, 22, 210 Overland Trail, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with criminal trespass and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Timothy Jay Hobbs, 19, 4177 Browns Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Georgia State Patrol with failure to have license on person, DUI-drugs, failure to drive within a single lane and a seat belt violation.

• Cesily Ryan Ramirez, 26, 140 Muhammad Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of meth.
