Area arrests

DALTON — • Eloisa Guerrero, 41, 1178 Highway 225 169, Chatsworth, was placed on hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement Friday at the Whitfield County Jail.

• Jerry Dean Lewis, 62, 123 Springplace-Resaca Road, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and child molestation.

• Erik Javier Muniz-Torres, 33, 255 Dead End Road, Chatsworth, was placed on hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement Friday at the Whitfield County Jail.

• Fermin Martinez-Ramirez, 37, 525 Lester Ave., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving without a valid license and following too closely.

• Billy Lee Bradley, 30, 610 Crystal View Court, Dalton, as charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI.

• Kenny David Endlinger, 49, 3149 Old Crider Road, Rocky Face, was charges Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by deception and fugitive from justice.

• Robert Allen Hill, 28, 1809 Shadow Lane, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI.

• Manuel A. Hernandz-Monas, 20, 407 Hill Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI under 21 and an open container violation.

• Saul Torres Peinado, 33, 1438 Bay Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, open container, failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended or revoked license and no headlight.

• Lela Elaine Rangle, 24, 1831 Nelson Drive A, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of cocaine.

• Sergio Guadalupe Rangel-Segura, 26, 1831 Nelson Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of cocaine.

• Marshall T. Smith, 23, 6085 Highway 371 N., Mantechum, Miss., was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI.

• Guillermo Garcia Trujillo, 469 Callie Jones Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, driving without a license, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to drive within an single lane and failure to provide assistance.

• Khalyse Wilkerson, 23, 222 Chance, Calhoun, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI.
