Area arrests

• David Allen Baggett, 27, 378 Bates Drive, Unit 6003, Ellijay, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and a child safety seat violation.

• Phillip Clinton Fincher, 28, 500 Highway 2, Crandall, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault and terroristic threats and acts.

• Kimberly Leann Hall, 21, 274 Loudermilk Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Christopher Charles Miller, 36, 7713 Highway 225 North, Crandall, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a drug-related object, abandonment of dangerous drugs and possession of meth.

• Nancy Ann Patterson, 46, 104 Elrod Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of or intent to sell marijuana and possession of a schedule 2 drug.

• Tevin Bryant Person, 19, 235 Jones Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI under 21, failure to stop for a stop sign, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and underage consumption.

• Alexander Blake Roper, 22, 344 Mary Sue Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault.

• Marco Sontay-Borar, 20, 127 Collins Drive, Calhoun, was placed on hold Monday at the Whitfield County Jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Waymond Renard White, 20, 791 Bermuda St.-E2, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• Rene Sanchez, 27, Sixth May Street, Rome, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County Jail for ICE.
