Area arrests

• Joseph Hamilton Arnett, 29, 627 Mahogany Lane Northwest, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with parole violation, interstate interference with custody and a contributing to delinquency of a minor-felony.

• Steve Link Brooks, 51, 1095 Mount Vernon Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with not having drugs in their original container, possession of a schedule III drug (a substance that can be abused or begin dependence, but can be legally used in medical practice) and possession of tools for a burglary.

• Oliverio Cristobal Cruz, 44, 1415 Bay Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, criminal damage to private property in the first degree and criminal damage to private property in the second degree.

• Jonathan Cruz-torres, 21, 213 Teebox Way, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault with a gun, criminal damage to private property in the first degree and criminal damage to private property in the second degree.

• Quincy Reginald Kilgore, 33, 3242 Leona Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Probate Court with a probation violation felony.

• Jeremy David Parker, 38, 164 Holbrook Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of drug-related objects and violation of family violence order.

• Kenneth Lloyd Snyder Jr., 59, 1438 Highway 41 North, Calhoun, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with a theft by taking (larceny) felony.

• Tammy Lee Stephens, 30, 353 Old Federal Road South, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with purchase, possession or control of meth, possession of a drug-related object and a child support felony.

• Ryan William Thomas, 19, 309 Sparks Lane, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with sale or intent to sale marijuana.

• Joseph Blaine Thorton, 43, 711 S. Hamilton St., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Probate Court with a probation violation-felony.

• Kevin Corey Weaver Jr., 34, 2017 Striplin Trail, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with purchase, possession or control of meth and possession of a drug-related object.

• Shaun Anthony Wheat, 33, 1328 Jackson Road, No. 9, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with a probation violation felony.

• Roderick Zebulon White, 26, 1802 Underwood St., No. 3, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault, willful obstruction of law officers, aggravated stalking, battery (family violence, first offense) criminal trespass resulting in damages of $500 or less, obstruction an emergency call and false imprisonment.

• Luciano Rodriguez Flores, 19, 1422 Heather Way, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Tammy Rena Hamley, 24, 1116 Willowdale Road, No. 323, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession and use of drug-related objects.

• John Craig Ledford, 53, 2220 Chattanooga Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with probation violation (misdemeanor) and possession of drug-related objects (first and second offense).

• Brandon Lee Pack, 24, 167 Tranquil Way, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, probation violation felony, failure to appear and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Jennifer Nicole Quinton, 30, 1120 New Doris St., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with purchase, possession or control of meth and possession of a drug-related object.
