Area arrests

• Bryon Edward Adams, 20, 41 Adams Drive, Ringgold, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary.

• Bridgett Regina Anderson, 53, 2317 Sir Lancelot Place-302, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated stalking, simple battery (family violence) and simple assault (family violence).

• Mark J. Gibson, 38, 120 W. Lusc St., Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with burglary, theft by taking and second-degree criminal damage to property.

• Mitchell Courtney Kaehler, 52, 60 Bryson Hedrick Road, Tennga, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by taking.

• Paul Lee Augusta Miller, 36, 232 Grimes St., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with burglary (first degree, party to a crime).

• Rufino Ramos, 43, 104 Louise Ave.-4, Calhoun, was placed on hold Thursday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Cheryl Elizabeth Rhodes, 32, 140 Springfield Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with manufacture/sale/dispensing/distributing illegal drugs.

• Chad Price Dugan, 20, 324 Thompson Bridge Road, Maryville, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Georgia Department of Public Safety with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, driving with a suspended or revoked license, DUI (drugs) and a commercial vehicle driver qualification violation.

• John Allen Rowe, 53, 1507 N. Tibbs Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with being a fugitive from justice.

• Steven Erwin Stokes, 44, 6721 Howard School Road, Maryville, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Georgia Department of Public Safety with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
