Area arrests

• Juan Avalos-Castillo, 22, 604 Burchfield Ave., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Sinclair Anthony Broome, 31, 810 Red Clay Ave., No. 3, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of cocaine and willful obstruction of law officers.

• James Lee Combs, 32, 323 Springplace Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking and criminal trespass.

• Brandon D. Diaz, 22, 211 Eastside Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with two counts of sale of or intent to sell marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Victor Willie Evans, 43, 205 Talking Rock Creek, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with battery (family violence, first offense).

• Ronald Frank Henderson, 39, 10 Millers Way, Adairsville, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth to distribute and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Jonathan Seth Livengood, 25, 876 Callie Jones Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with battery (family violence), third degree cruelty to children and criminal trespass (family violence).

• Justin Nathaniel Livengood, 28, 1653 Ga. Highway 225 N., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with battery.

• Merrijane Robinson, 49, 131 Reece Way, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with being a fugitive from justice.

• Gabriela Angel Salazar-Broome, 32, 31 N. Star Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of cocaine and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Brittany Nicole Stephens, 26, 587 Robinson Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and obstruction of an officer by threat or violence.

• Keegan Lauren Vining, 25, 194 Cotton Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Eton Police Department with DUI.

• Sherry Ruth Watson, 45, 410 Roberts St.-9, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of cocaine.

• Francis Caroline Burchfield, 30, 1929 Fairfield Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with felony failure to appear.

• Francisco Carranza, 33, no address provided, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with obstruction of an officer, trafficking in meth, acquiring a license plate for the purpose of concealing the identity of a vehicle, driving while license is suspended or revoked and having a false or secret compartment.

• Michael A. Ciliento, 49, 256 Woodward Way, Cartersville, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, theft by taking and criminal trespass.

• Alexander Granville Stricklin, 22, 86 Tom Terry Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with criminal trespass and felony contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Randall Lee Hawkins, 22, 609 S. Thornton Ave.-215, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation, driving without a valid license and giving a false name, address or date of birth to a law officer.

• Joe Wayne McDowell, 28, 631 Robinson Road-B, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth to distribute, a safety belt violation and a safety belt violation for children 4 years and younger.

• Joseph Michael Robinson, 24, 200 Prater Drive, Calhoun, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by taking, probation violation, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and speeding.
