Murder suspect may be model, singer

The woman who authorities say killed a convenience store clerk Sunday night appears to be a model and singer.

The person believed to be Skyy Raven-Marie Mims, 21, whose last known residence is Detroit, Mich., is pictured on various singing and modeling websites. She also lists modeling and singing interests according to what are believed to be her social media websites Facebook and Twitter.

On what is believed to be her personal website, yoskyy.com, are the words “God is love.”

“Rapper, songwriter, producer, model, artist, Lover, and motivator; she is a living legend waiting to be discovered,” she is described on the website. “Through her music she paints you portraits, with hopes to share her views on life through a positive point of view. Changing the world one song at a time. A life full of pain, misfortune, and hate she is keeping her head high on life’s journey that God has paved. Yes she is saved, and saved because she refuses to worship money and become another slave.”

A YouTube account sharing the picture of Mims provided by police has her discussing her passions for dance, fashion and music and hanging out with friends in Detroit, while another video dated Feb. 9 shows her holding up cards with notes, including  “I love dance,” “I’m a pisces and will be 21 on March 6,” and other messages including “I am not human, shhh” and “3rd dimension material dimension, 6th dimension one with God.”

Murder and armed robbery arrest warrants have been issued for Mims in the death of Dahyabhai Kalidas Chaudmari, 37, originally from India, who was working at the Hi-Tech Fuel gas station at 3385 Airport Road in Whitfield County. Authorities have widened their search for Mims to Atlanta and Michigan.

Mims has light black skin and a slim build. Authorities estimate she is between 5 feet, 5 inches and 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs between 120 and 140 pounds. A photo released as part of the investigation shows her with dyed blonde-orange hair. She is considered “armed and dangerous.”

Capt. Rick Swiney with the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation is continuing here. Anyone with information on Mims or the incident is asked to call the sheriff’s office at (706) 278-1233. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation office is open today until 5 p.m. and can be reached at (706) 624-1424.
