Area arrests

• Michelle Evonne Creek, 46, 327 Loudermilk Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with shoplifting, two counts of possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession of a schedule 3 drug, possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Michael Anthony Everette, 49, 2318 Cleveland Highway, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.

• Selena Ann Fowler, 40, 338 McEntire Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with battery.

• Wilfredo Lionel Marroquin, 21, 2637 Rocky Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with hindering apprehension of punishment of a criminal and giving false statements.

• Lionel Antonio O’Neal, 33, 421B Cattleman Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with battery.

• Jennifer Lynn Patterson, 33, 141 Hardin Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with shoplifting, possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Matthew Lamar Patterson, 21, 510 RYO Mountain Road, Fairmount, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with interference with a 911 call, battery (family violence) and kidnapping.

• Louie Pender Jr., 61, 1012 Richards St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, not having insurance, driving while license is suspended or revoked and failure to register vehicle.

• Samuel David Castleberry, 28, 20 Shallowford Road, Chattanooga, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.

• Tracy Elias Davis, 33, 801 Rucky Drive-5, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first degree burglary.

• Michael Nathan Hughes, 33, 518 Parkside Place, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with battery (family violence, first offense) and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Jimmy Ray Jones, 43, 3503 Chattanooga Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with obstruction of an officer by threat or violence.

• Robbin Jeaneen Stewart, 3503 Chattanooga Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with terroristic threats and acts.
