Area arrests

• Stacy Ladane Cochran, 43, 2844 Brown Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.

• David Larry Coram, 60, 165 Eagles Way, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.

• Amber Nicole Fulcher, 29, 105 E. Waterworks St.-418, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of a schedule 2 drug and unlawful for inmate to possess a controlled substance.

• Joshua Craig Lowe, 30, 422 Falcon Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, disorderly conduct and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Van Arthur Mason Jr., 25, 2120-C Ga. Highway 76, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with shoplifting, misdemeanor probation violation and possession of drug-related objects.

• Melissa Nicole Pacetti-Pruett, 33, 936 Mt. Creek Road-2, Chattanooga, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with misdemeanor failure to appear and felony failure to appear.

• Luis Reyes-Esparza, 33, Chattanooga, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Manuel Alfaro Jr., 34, 1909 Sanford Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and driving without a valid license.

• Dhansukh Chhanganlal Bhika, 62, 1106 Stonemill Drive-1106, Cartersville, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of a schedule 1 or 2 drug.

• Alonso Gerardo Rivera, 22, 620 Fourth Ave.-16, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony and obstruction of an officer by threat or violence.
