Area arrests

• Russell Andrew Drain, 26, 1785 Ga. Highway 52 Alternate, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with three counts of manufacturing/selling/dispensing/distributing a controlled substance and three counts of possession of a drug-related object.

• Jeremy Evan Grossman, 31, 711 S. Hamilton St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth with intent to distribute and possession of meth.

• Andrew Terrence Holt, 18, no street address listed, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with first degree forgery, financial transaction card theft, financial transaction card fraud and criminal receipt of goods or services obtained by fraud.

• Shannon Marie Lytle, 32, 121 Meadow Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession with intent to distribute, theft by taking and distribution of a controlled substance.

• Stanley Eugene Lytle, 32, 131 Meadow Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with manufacturing/selling/dispensing/distributing a controlled substance.

• Gary Brock Powell, 38, 20 Windmill Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to drive within a single lane and a tire violation.

• Karen Michelle Searels, 43, 194 Partridge Way, Tunnel Hill, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first degree forgery and felony probation violation.

• Todd Eugene Stone, 33, Fieldstone Apartments, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts, possession of meth, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a drug-related object, simple battery (family violence), reckless conduct, driving while license suspended or revoked, an open container violation, reckless driving, fleeing or evading police or a roadblock, failure to obey a stop sign and a parole violation.

• Johnathan Coty Young, 28, 1261 Center Hill Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with criminal attempt and first degree forgery.

• Deborah Lynn Frazier, 33, 4021 Parker Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with simple assault, terroristic threats and acts and felony theft by taking.

• Tia Sue Richardson, 32, 234 Isaac Walker Road, Crandall, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with simple assault and felony theft by taking.
