• Eileen Patricia Burgess, 51, 91 Shadow Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with failure to keep drugs in original container, DUI (drugs) and DUI (endangering a child while under the influence of drugs).

• Stacey Yolan Cooper, 33, 411 Cattleman Drive-3, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Varnell Police Department with being a fugitive from justice.

• Jeni Lee Hedge, 31, 333 Allen Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with probation violation and possession of Xanax.

• Nathan Gerald Inman, 28, 106 Rolling Hills Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with first degree burglary.

• Armando Perez, 51, 103 N. Grade Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with battery and false imprisonment.

• Cesar Ramirez, 33, 906 Maple St.-4, Rome, was placed on hold Friday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Mario Tapia, 17, 951 Avenue E, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Julio Cesar Villalobos, 46, no address listed, was placed on hold Friday at the Whitfield County jail for ICE.

• Jarvious Dremelle Brooks, 28, 416 Bonnie Way Drive, Chattanooga, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, a headlights violation and failure to maintain lane.

• Robert Curtis Edwards, 35, 303 Scenic Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI (drugs) and failure to maintain lane.

• Jacobia Mays, 33, 3407 Sunnyside Ave., Chattanooga, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• William Doyle Payne, 43, 103 Green Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, driving while license is suspended, an open container violation and failure to stop at a stop sign.
