Area arrests

• Elaine Anderson, 58, 436 Cedar St.-2, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to yield while turning left.

• David Michael Cook, 39, 1178 Arabian Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license, an open container violation and failure to yield while turning left.

• Connie Earline Cooper, 43, 1654 Holcomb Road, Ringgold, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of a schedule 3, 4 or 5 drug.

• Stephen Andrew Hayes, 23, 603 Parson Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Linda Sue Mullis, 61, 422 Sheridan Ave., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of opium.

• Ginger Leigh Thompson, 38, 4092 Highway 11, Rising Fawn, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of theft by taking and deposit account fraud/bad checks.

• Dylan Scott Bartenfield, 18, 1486 Cobb Road, D-16, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Jeremy Brook Hall, 32, 1733 Westside Circle, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of a schedule 1 or 2 drug.

• Eden Shea Rossello, 32, 1116 Edwin Lane, Chattanooga, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with fugitive from justice.

• Bruno Pedro Sanchez Jr., 25, 413 S. Glenwood Ave.-B, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by receiving stolen property in another state, drugs not in original container, possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession of a schedule 3 drug, possession to distribute meth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, vehicles with false or secret compartments, possession of tools for the commission of crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony, a gang violation and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
