Area arrests

• Rickard Eugene Anderson, 51, 624 Davis Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault.

• Leonardo Batz, 48, 8 E. Ninth St.-B, Rome, was placed on hold Friday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Amber Diane Biggs, 21, 2723 Old Chattanooga Road, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Jeffery Frank Broome, 57, 810 Red Clay Ave.-3, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of cocaine.

• Leeanna Maurnez Campaigne, 22, 506 Lavista Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of schedule 4 drug, felony probation violation and possession of meth.

• Sam Daniel Jr., 53, 1014 Richardson St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of cocaine.

• Ronald Charles Deel, 51, no street address provided, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with being a fugitive from justice.

• Glenda Hurley Fitzpatrick, 68, 2608 Lake Carpi Drive, Conyers, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI, an open container violation and failure to maintain lane.

• Hassan Nuserdien Malley, 24, 39 Tea Lane, Ringgold, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, a parole violation, possession and use of drug-related items and false imprisonment.

• Derick Scott Miller, 24, 1322 Henton Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, operating a vehicle without a proper tag or decal and having no insurance.

• Edvin Perez-Ambrocio, 28, 3531 Shorter Ave.-51, Rome, was placed on hold Friday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Anthony Wayne Ray, 39, 93 Monte Carlo St., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with stalking and felony probation violation.

• Michael Dennis Smith Jr., 34, 269 Stadium Way-E2, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to follow rules for driving on a divided highway, controlled access road or emergency lane.

• Russell Claude Stevens, 44, 153 Rock Hill Road, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with probation violation and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Charles Ray Tallent, 54, 622 Mill Brook Circle S.E., Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, an open container violation and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

• Efrain Valencia-Hernandez, 28, 556 Brown Farm Road, Calhoun, was placed on hold Friday at the Whitfield County jail for ICE.

• Christopher Leon Ware, 30, 102 Browds Lane, Jasper, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Cesar Carrillo-Fraire, 24, 317 Crown St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.

• Medardo Antonio Castro, 28, 117 Mallory Drive-40, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with criminal trespass and sale or or intent to sell marijuana.

• Jesus Esteban Martinez, 22, 2315 Lakeland Road-106, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI.

• Larry Gene Pelt, 53, 85 Higdon Road, Cisco, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI.

• Albert Pierce, 65, 488 Smyrna Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of arms by a convicted felon and aggravated assault (family violence).
