Murray County’s four individual winners — Domingo Bautista (120), Daniel Dayton (126), Diego Leon (220) and Seth Gilbert (285) — all picked up first-period pins.
Murray County won eight matches in junior varsity competition, with victories for Austin McCall (126), Drew Morgan (132), Mason Cagle (138), Wilson Reynoso (138), Victor Bautista (145), Blaine Thornbury (152), Logan England (182) and Noah Patton (285).
• Gilmer 60, Southeast 18: Noah Bartenfield (113) and Austin Allen (182) had pins to lead the Raiders, who fell to 11-10 in duals competition. Omar Ruiz (126) and Ismael Sandoval (132) also won for Southeast.
• Northwest Whitfield’s dual at Ringgold was canceled because the host Tigers still have several players participating in football. Ringgold travels to face Washington County on Friday in the Class 3A state semifinals.
