“The biggest concern that we have is any sort of brain or cervical spine trauma that may be significant enough to either warrant surgery, or an extended period of time away from the ring,” said Dr. Chris Amann, WWE’s ringside physician.

The Local Corner: TWA Friday Night Brawl is at 8 p.m. at the TWA Arena off Reed Road in north Whitfield County, about three miles north of the bypass. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for ages 6 to 12; senior citizens 60 and older with proof of age will be admitted for $3. Kids younger than 6 will be admitted free. Any military member with proper identification will be admitted free. If it’s your birthday, you will be admitted free.
Renegade Championship Wrestling is at 8 p.m. Saturdays at 806 Second Ave. in Chatsworth.
