Dalton native Saul Raisin speaks Monday during a press conference at the Northwest Georgia Trade and Convention Center. Raisin, who was on the rise in the world of professional cycling before he suffered a career-ending crash in a race in France two years ago, is seeking sponsors for the second edition of “Tour the Town,” a fundraiser for his Raisin Hope Foundation, which benefits people recovering from traumatic brain injuries.
